With an independent and competent sampling department, we are able to transform our innovative designs in to reality and provide quick product customization.

Cutting

We use electrically powered straight knife cutting machine for fabric cutting. The machine smoothly moves through the lay following the pattern lines.

Stitching

Our Stitching, which takes the lead in empowering the hardworking women of the society having 100% female stitchers and supervisor, ensures high stitching quality and exceptional workmanship.

In stitching, we have a trained team to conduct rowing inspection within the stitching lines.

Quality Check

We ensure extensive QC monitoring from fabric knitting to product packing. We have highly trained quality inspectors at every stage.

We have a team to inspect the quality of the fabric at knitting and dyeing stages at our outsourced facilities.

Fabric Warehouse & Lab

Then we have a separate department in our fabric warehouse to inspect every new fabric lot coming from the dyeing facilities.

Panel Inspection

After cutting, we have a team for panel inspection.

DTF Printing:

We have our own DTF Printing house in the factory.

Finishing

Our inter- department conduct a basic quality check before the garments get transferred to our finishing department.

Our finishing department comprises of different steps. Starting from thread cutting, the garment goes into the thread sucker machine to eliminate all the extra threads from the garment. When the garment is well pressed, it goes through following quality control steps:
